2. Calm Your Mind
In phase two, we turn inward and explore what is on our minds. We declutter your mental load and shine light on how your internal dialogue supporting or limiting you. Do you for example believe that you need to be perfect? Or that nothing that you do is good enough?
I will support you with rewriting these stories so they support you in creating the life you want to lead.
3. Connect with Your Emotions
In the third phase, we go further inward and explore our emotions. How are you really feeling? Where do you feel like you cannot express your true feelings? To create a real connection with others, you first need to feel truly connected with yourself. I will support you with strategies to regulate your nervous system when you’re feeling triggered and setting healthy boundaries to honor your needs.
4. Uncover Your Purpose
In the fourth phase, we tap into the spiritual realm, meaning our sense of purpose. Are you currently living in alignment with what truly matters to you? Do you look back at your day, feeling joyful and accomplished? I will support you in uncovering your core values and reconnecting with what fills you with meaning and joy.
Anything is possible as long as you can imagine it.

Hi, I’m Isabel
I’m a mother, a certified coach, and the founder of well-being brand tautanz. I believe motherhood is an opportunity to begin living our most authentic and joyful lives.

Something I didn’t expect when I became a mother, was that it would create a new version of myself.
It was uncomfortable and confusing at first, as I tried going back to my old ways. After five months of maternity leave, I started working in corporate marketing again, diving into a new project with talented designers and creatives. As a family, we had set up a support system that allowed me to work full-time again. I was excited to express my professional side, feeling confident and rewarded in what I was doing. But a couple of weeks in, I had to admit that it was a lot to fulfill my responsibilities at my new job and my responsibilities as a new mom. To cope, I put blinders on and just kept on running. Trying to do my best at work while being the present and caring mom I wanted to be. Constantly feeling torn between work and home was hard but I couldn’t see how to change this fragile system that we had created and ignored the signs that I couldn’t continue living this way.
Eventually, our system crashed and so did I. I had run myself into the ground. I was physically exhausted and drained, and felt so unhappy and stuck in my situation. I didn’t know what to do next, but I knew I had to invest in myself and my well-being again.
So step by step, I started building myself up again. First, I took care of my physical state. I created a morning routine, that includes a big cup of warm lemon water and 10-15 minuted of yoga. This helped to feel stronger, more energized and healthier. Next, I invested in therapy and coaching to work through limiting beliefs that were keeping me stuck. I had such dark thoughts, beating myself up and keeping myself small. This helped me to reconnect with myself, improving my self-worth and how I show up in my relationships. Ultimately, I asked myself what kind of life I really wanted to live. By exploring my core values, I reconnected with what fills me with joy and meaning. To live in alignment with my values, I started implementing small changes and created a lifestyle that feels joyful and fulfilling. This included a career change from working in marketing to coaching which enables me to spend more time with my family. It was an intense journey but it was so worth going through this self-exploration to be where I am now.
Why am I telling you all this? Because I know that this is possible for you too! Based on my own journey and all the valuable and powerful insights I have learned along the way, I created my ‘Now You - Embrace Your Well-being’ program. Step-by-step it supports you with becoming your most authentic and joyful self and sets you up to create and live the life you desire - now!

My motherhood journey inspired me to explore coaching - for myself and as a new career path. After I became a mother, I felt very lost in my previous career as a senior marketing manager. I was longing for work that felt more aligned with this new version of me while allowing me to work at more flexible hours so I could spend more time with my son. I feel very grateful to have found this balance in coaching. It is also very rewarding to support other mothers in creating a lifestyle that supports their personal and professional aspirations.
