It’s the default coping mechanism for so many of us who feel exhausted and overwhelmed, constantly torn between work and home, with barely any time to spare for ourselves. The pressure of doing it all slowly chips away at our well-being and joy, leaving us feeling disconnected, unfulfilled, and guilty—like we’re never doing enough.
